We collect contact info (name, phone, email), vehicle details, service history, and payment information when you book service, shop, or join our loyalty program. We also collect basic analytics (pages visited, referrer) to improve the site.
How we use it
To service your vehicle, contact you about appointments, process payments, send loyalty/rewards updates, and improve our shop. We never sell your data to third parties.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run the business: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Google (analytics, maps). Each is contractually bound to use your data only as instructed.
Your rights

Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Payment data is tokenized via Stripe and never stored on our servers.
